Refund policy

All sales at Jocular By Jay are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please check the size guide on each product page before you order so you get the right fit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review it and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they ship. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
