Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on US orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. You will get a confirmation email when you place your order and another email when your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping address

Please double check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check around your home, with neighbors, and with your local carrier first. If it still has not turned up, contact us and we will help however we can.
